Shift: Hourly, eligible for overtime
Reports to: Warehouse/Distribution Manager
Location: 225 Southampton Street, Boston
Schedule: Starts at 7 am. Overtime is available and required during busy times.ble overtime and great benefits

Boston Salads is a family-owned & operated manufacturer of quality prepared foods for over 30 years
looking to build upon our team of dedicated members.

This position consists of quality control, packaging, preparing for distribution, and loading
packed products in a refrigerated environment.
– Process and pack orders onto pallets
– Load orders on trucks
– Rotate & restock product with respect of expiration dates – attention to
detail sorting correct product
– Complete paper documentation requirements for packing and shipping
– Keep inventory and warehouse neat, clean, and orderly
– Verify proper storage conditions of products and notify the supervisor of any
inventory issues that may arise such as expired products, breakage, and outof-stocks
– Candidates must be able to work in a refrigerated space, be able to be on
their feet for most of the shift, work overtime when required, and lift 50
pounds several times a day
– All other duties and projects as determined by the Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
– Must be able to work for any US employer indefinitely without sponsorship
– English language a must
– High school graduate
– Warehouse experience desirable; refrigerated a plus
– Reliable; good attendance
– Easy to work with; respectful to customers; help others when busy
– pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing (including marijuana)

WORK CONDITIONS:
– Standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, repetitive tasks
– Refrigerated environment; wet environment using cleaning chemicals
– Handling heavy loads; lifting 50 pounds several times a day
