Toasted bread with Boston Salads’ Seafood Salad.
- 1 cup Boston Salads' Seafood Salad
- 2 slices wheat bread
- fish shaped cookie cutter
- lettuce, for garnish
- Toast bread.
- Cut bread into fish shapes with cookie cutter.
- Place 1/3 cup seafood on each piece of bread.
- Enjoy, garnish with salad if desired.
