Red Cabbage Slaw Tortillas
A low carb wrap fried and topped with avocado, Boston Salads’ Red Cabbage Slaw and chopped tomatoes.
- 1 low carb wrap
- 1 avocado, sliced into strips
- 4 oz. Boston Salads’ Red Cabbage Slaw
- 2 oz. chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Few sprigs of cilantro, chopped
- Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil over medium heat in a skillet
- Cut wrap into 4 pieces and place into skillet for 1-2 minutes each side
- Remove and place over paper towels.
- Fold each piece in half and fill with 1 oz. cabbage, ½ oz. tomatoes and drizzle with olive oil and cilantro.
- Plate with remaining avocado slices, and paint with olive oil and cilantro.
