Oriental Noodles with Grilled Chicken Breast
Pan Seared Boston Salads’ Oriental Noodle Salad topped with grilled chicken breast.
- 6 oz. Boston Salads Oriental Noodle Salad.
- 4 oz. white meat chicken breast strips
- 1⁄2 cup snap peas
- 1 lemon slice for garnish
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Place olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat
- Take chicken breast and place in pan
- Season with salt and pepper
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown Add snap peas, cook 2-3 minutes
- Remove from heat and slice
- Place oriental noodles into pan and heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Plate with sliced chicken, garnish with lemon, and serve
