Edamame Rice Noodle Cabbage Wraps
Boston Salads’ Edamame Rice Noodle served in a cabbage wrap with fresh snap peas.
- 1 cup Boston Salads' Edamame Rice Noodle Salad
- 3-4 red cabbage leaves, whole
- 1/2 cup snap peas, shredded
- Open cabbage leaves.
- Place 1/3 rice noodle into each cabbage leaf.
- Top each with a spoonful of shredded snap peas, and enjoy.
