Bruschetta Haddock Sliders
Boston Salads’ Bruschetta served on top of grilled rolls with pan seared haddock.
Serves 3
- 8 oz. Boston Salads’ Bruschetta 1 12oz. Piece of haddock
- 3 mini brioche rolls
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Place olive oil in sauté pan and heat over medium heat
- Place fish and cook until white and flaky, 3-4 minutes on each side
- Remove fish and place on plate
- Cut each brioche and lightly grill each piece
- Serve fish over brioche and top with cold bruschetta
