Beet & Onion Fruit Salad with Goat Cheese
Boston Salads’ Beet & Onion Salad served with assorted fresh fruit and goat cheese.
- 4 oz. Boston Salads’ All Natural Beet & Onion Salad
- 1 cup cut assorted fresh fruit, (melon featured here)
- ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
- Drain liquid from beet and onion salad. Keep liquid to the side.
- Place beets along a long plate, adding chopped fruit as desired.
- Sprinkle with goat cheese.
- Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of remaining liquid over salad and serve.
