Idaho Baked Potato Salad

An in-house favorite! This salad is our version of a loaded baked potato: russet potatoes, mayonnaise, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, diced scallions, and spices.

Ingredients

Diced russet potatoes, mayonnaise (canola oil, whole eggs and egg yolks, distilled vinegar, water, salt, sugar, lemon juice (from concentrate), natural flavors), sour cream (cultured milk, cream, nonfat milk solids, modified food starch, guar gum, carrageenan gum, locust gum), water, cider vinegar (reduced to 4 % acidity), cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto color, potato starch, powdered cellulose added to prevent caking), sugar, scallions, sea salt, bacon (cured with: water, salt, sugar, sodium erythorbate and/or sodium ascorbate, sodium nitrite, may contain natural smoke flavoring, sodium phosphate), canola oil, sorbic acid, black pepper, garlic salt and xanthan gum.
