Chef’s Potato and Egg Salad

Diced white potatoes mixed with chopped hard-boiled eggs and mayonnaise complemented with diced onions, celery, and shredded carrots.


Potatoes, mayonnaise (canola oil, whole eggs and egg yolks, distilled vinegar, water, salt, sugar, lemon juice (from concentrate), natural flavors) celery, hard boiled eggs (citric acid), onions, yellow mustard (distilled vinegar, mustard seed, mustard bran, salt, turmeric and spices) , sugar, carrots, cider vinegar (reduced to 4 % acidity), sea salt, sorbic acid, garlic salt, and xanthan gum.
